Along Away is a short film by director Betsy Tsai, following a girl named Ellie as she visits the parents of her recently deceased friend. The challenge in this film was to highlight the character’s emotions through extremely subtle ambient sound effects.
In this project I worked as audio lead for all post-production editing including dialogue cleanup, sound design, foley, and mixing.
The film was premiered in 2025 by SFFilm at SFCM.
